Curb Appeal Inc. is a nonprofit organization formed to help homeowners with limited financial resources – including single parents, the elderly, and disabled veterans – improve the landscaping and repair their home’s exterior.

Our organization began as a partnership ministry between representatives of St. Luke “Community” United Methodist Church and Highland Park United Methodist Church to create attractive neighborhoods by improving the exterior of Dallas area homes.

We select and serve three homes each year, either in scattered sites or in a single neighborhood.

Landscaping Services

Our landscaping services include planting shrubs and greenery to add life to our clients’ yards. Our team also tackles overgrown flowerbeds, restoring them to their full potential by clearing weeds and debris. Additionally, we provide mowing, trimming, and precise pruning of trees and bushes to ensure your landscape is beautiful and well-maintained. These efforts improve your property’s aesthetics and contribute to a healthier, more sustainable outdoor space.

Our Clients

To qualify for our services, clients must own or be in the process of purchasing their homes. Individuals and families who are renting or leasing are not eligible.

We primarily serve low- and fixed-income individuals and families, including elderly residents and disabled veterans. To qualify as low-income, applicants must have an income at or below 80% of the area median income. Our goal is to assist those who need it most, helping to improve their living conditions and enhance their quality of life.
