About Us
Curb Appeal Inc. is a nonprofit organization formed to help homeowners with limited financial resources – including single parents, the elderly, and disabled veterans – improve the landscaping and repair their home’s exterior.
Our organization began as a partnership ministry between representatives of St. Luke “Community” United Methodist Church and Highland Park United Methodist Church to create attractive neighborhoods by improving the exterior of Dallas area homes.
We select and serve three homes each year, either in scattered sites or in a single neighborhood.
Curb Appeal Services
During a given year, the Team will select homes in three scattered sites or up to three homes in a single neighborhood to improve the home’s exterior and landscaping.
Our Clients
The client owns or is purchasing their home. Individuals and families who are leasing a residence will not be eligible for services.
We serve low and fixed-income individuals and families, including the elderly and disabled veterans. Low-income levels are at or below 80% of the area median income.
